I have attempted to contact your company for over two weeks and have not received a single response. I placed an order for a 5-gallon container, but only received a ½-gallon jug. The shipment measurements clearly confirm this error, as the dimensions of the shipping box would not physically accommodate a 5-gallon or even a 2.5-gallon container.
I have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter by phone, text message, WhatsApp, and email, all without any response. At this point, I am simply requesting delivery of the remaining 4.5 gallons of 1,4-Butanediol (CAS:110-63-4) from my original 5-gallon order.
I have done business with your company for years, which makes the complete breakdown in communication and customer service especially disappointing. Please correct this error promptly so I do not have to escalate this matter further to obtain resolution.
I ordered on Dec 19th and my package hasn't even been droppeqd off at ups for delivery. I've called and emailed several times and haven't got in touch with anyone. Now I get an email asking how I like my order
